Business Development Manager
Looking for a resilient and an empathic Business Development Executive to contribute to the growth of our Company.
Title : Business Development Executive
Location : Ahmedabad
Reports to : Director
Key Responsibilities
- Familiarizing with the services offered by our company.
- Procuring new clients through direct contact, word-of-mouth, and collaboration with the marketing department.
- Generating business by meeting potential clients to understand needs and providing relevant solutions.
- Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings.
- Make cold calls for new business leads.
- Handle inbound, unsolicited prospect calls and convert into sales.
- Negotiating and renegotiating by phone, email, and in person.
- Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing clients to ensure that they are retained.
- Reviewing clients’; feedback and implementing necessary changes.
- Contacting clients to inform them about new developments in the company’s offerings.
- Preparing quotations and crafting proposals.
- Enter new customer data and update changes to existing accounts in the database.
- Execute daily priority & quantifiable outreach strategies (Email, LinkedIn and Cold calling) for specific accounts and target verticals to generate leads and opportunities.
- Meeting and exceeding weekly and monthly activity and revenue targets.
- Research and identify new market opportunities.
- Remaining in tune with the industry trends to ensure that our offerings remain relevant.
Educational Qualifications
- Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or similar.
Relevant Experience
- 1-2 years of proven work experience as a Business Development executive or a relevant role.
- Proven sales track record.

Manager - Tax & Compliance
Job Responsibilities :
- Review of US Tax return 1040/1120/1120S/1065 prepared by Team members.
- Comparing previous year’s tax return and preparing missing info and Review notes.
- Handling communication from clients and tax authorities.
- Ensure clients consistently receive service excellence in line with our service standards.
- Participate in external and internal training as required, Certification of any of the Software’s.
- Review workflow of different clients independently and maintain a system of monitoring the workflow strong
- Onboarding of New clients account and helping and guiding team members.
- Active participation in Training of team members.
- Managing and mentoring a team of individuals consisting of Associates, and Senior Associates
- Identify and assist in the solution of engagement (client) technical issues,anomalies, and non-routine items.
Qualification : CA, Inter CA (Dropout), ACCA, CPA, EA
Requirements :
- Having 5+ Years of Experience in US Tax.
- Conversant with MS Word, MS Excel and MS Outlook
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Must have Excellent client service skills, Responsive to clients
- Highly motivated, Self-Learner, Problem Solver.
- Knowledge of Ultra Tax/Drack etc. US tax Software.
- Minimum Experience of Handling team for 3+ years.
- Experience in Direct US client coordination.
Team lead - Tax & Compliance
Job Responsibilities :
- Preparation & Self review of Tax Returns.
- Preparation of US Tax return 1040/1120/1120S/1065.
- Comparing previous year&s tax return and preparing missing information and Review open notes.
- Preparations of Client documents and data management.
- Review of returns prepared by Team members.
- Handling communication with clients.
- Review workflow of different clients independently and maintain a system of monitoring the workflow strong
- Managing and mentoring a team of individuals consisting of Associates, and Senior Associates
Qualification : M.Com, Inter CA, ACCA, EA
Requirements :
- Having 2+ Years of Experience in US Tax.
- Conversant with MS Word, MS Excel and MS Outlook
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Highly motivated, Self-Learner, Problem Solver.
- Knowledge of different US tax Software.
- Experience in Direct US client coordination.
Associate - Accounting
Job Responsibilities :
- Basic Accounting work – AP, AR, Journal entries, Bank/CC Reconciliation.
- Prepare Financial Statements Financial Review and Management reporting.
- Month/Year end Journal Entries.
- Finalization of Accounts.
- Follow-ups (with clients or their vendors),
- Daily, Monthly, Quarterly, Yearly reports creation and maintenance.
- Timesheet Management and Billing.
- Payroll Compliance and Payroll returns filings (940/941).
- Ensure clients consistently receive service excellence in line with our service standards.
Qualification : M.Com, Inter CA, Experience in QuickBooks
Manager - HR
Title : HR Manager
Job Role : Handling Team of Recruiters
Reports to : CEO/Managing Director
Location : Ahmedabad
Key Result Areas
1. Human Resource
- Capture client requirement and provide with candidates accordingly
- Follow End to end recruitment process
- Maintain required closure rate for all positions
- Ensure entire coordination from receipt of the requirement, client coordination, candidate identification and coordination; interview scheduling, feedback gathering, closure, invoice generation and collecting receivables
- Active participation in Training
Skills and Knowledge
Educational Qualifications MBA or equivalent course
Relevant Experience 1-2 years minimum
Desired Skills/Knowledge
- Detailed knowledge of managing recruitment process
- Ability to do find and convert new clients
- Good communication skills
- Willingness to travel for client site visits in the city
